Customers adding an item to cart, but getting 3 different items added to the cart instead

Hello,

My customers are trying to place there orders; On certain occasions when placing their orders and adding one of our biotin products to there cart, automatically our toothbrush and head replacements are added to there cart. If they previously had items in the cart and they choose to add the biotin conditioner, then there cart is cleared out and replaced with our biotin conditioner, toothbrush, and replacement heads.
