one of the main things I need help with is displaying the reviews carousel app block on the left side of the product page. Would that be possible?

I wanted to attach a screenshot to show what I mean, but I can’t upload a JPEG image here.

Yes, It is possible to show a reviews carousel block on the product detail page. It will need customization in theme layout.
