Customize or Edit Store Name on Shipping Labels

All you need to do is change the store name temporarily to what ever name you want to reflect on the labels then change it back after completion

The only workaround here is to change the Shopify Company name to a shortern version of the company name without “diamond or Jewelry” , print the labels and revert back to the original full store name. Its abit of pain but safer to ship!

Oh they realize it. Shopify’s business plan isn’t to give you all the tools you need. Its to give you some of the tools you need. Just enough tools to make you realize you need more. They give you a lawnmower, but no blade. Now they have creative people creating blades and then better blades. It creates technology and solutions from more people than they could ever hire. They profit from the sale of that technology and innovation. If they give you everything you need, it will discourage innovation from app developers. If a guy creates an app and then shopify fixes it, that guy is never going to create an app again. Shopify created a base product. Then incredibly talented merchants came in a found all the flaws and then other people found all the solutions. That’s how it works, and it will never change. because solving the problems prevents the platform from evolving. They should just be more open and honest about it. That is shopify’s biggest problem honesty. They are extremely dishonest in their support. They say things that are simply not true.

That is really a smug, condescending answer. Telling shopify users to reach out to the carriers is like saying two words to the users and the first word starts with an “F.” If you don’t have the temperament for customer service, you should find something else to do. You should issue an apology for that reply, because if you worked for me and you talked to customers in that smug, condescending manner, I would fire you. Just because you pretended to care and be polite doesn’t mean that knowledgeable people don’t know what you are doing. Telling anyone to take it up with the post office is telling them to go pound sand. You need to apologize for that post.

The store name is controlled by shopify, so that statement is 100% a lie.

You simply have to create two fields

One field that pulls into the label

One field that appears as the store name on a browser.

That’s the change.

You need to stop lying on here. You might be able to lie and bully new people that aren’t that knowledgable yet, but they will learn.

You are just taking advantage of their inexperience.

I have been on this platform most likely long before you started at shopify.

This is not how things started. Customer service didn’t lie and talk to people like you do.

The customer service was full of “Shopify Users” and you could pick up the phone and talk to them.

I would love to have a live debate with you to dispute so many of your claims on here.

I think you are a bully. As long as they let me, I’m going to stick up for these people on here.

They are the reason you have a job.

We do the same thing and I feel like it draws even more attention than if you had “Cash Inside” as your return label.

I made my first sale on shopify on August 6th 2015.

I don’t mean to be rude but we start printing labels at 5 am and we stop at 9pm. We have 100s of orders per day. That’s not a solution. Thats a job.
