My first and last name shows on the shipping label underneath my company name as the return address. How can I stop that from happening?

There’s two places in your admin that I’ll ask you to check to try and remove your name from the shipping label. First, you’ll want to log into your Shopify admin and navigate to the Settings page (bottom left corner). On the Store details under Basic information, you’ll want to ensure that the Store name is set to your store’s name, and not your name, as that’s where the shipping label pulls the information from.
If your name is not there, you will also want to check what you have named your Locations. In your admin you’ll want to navigate to Settings > Locations and see if any of those location details include your name. If so, you can click on the location to edit it.
If you’ve checked both of these places and don’t see your name listed anywhere, please let me know and I can do some more digging. If you could also let me know which carrier you’re purchasing shipping labels from (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) that would be super helpful. Thank you!
