Dawn Banner sizing on Full screen to big (on mobile perfect)

Hi,

My problem rn is that the banner sizing on the full screen desktop version is way to big while on mobile it fits perfectly. Banner sizing should look like the small banner size preset but if i use the small banner preset the picture is cut off the edges.
