Hi! I’m trying to center my header menu to look like the goal photo below. I don’t see any option for it in the Dawn theme. Is there a simple code I can add to the base.css file that can fix this?

Actually the thing & change you want to make in your theme is not possible without any changes in code.
it can not be done by just customization.
For this you may need to take help of expert or experienced developer who can fit it.
If you want me to do this, you need to provide the access of your store. so i can make changes in code and fix your issue.
