Dawn Theme: Add a "Custom" badge or change the sold out to "Custom" badge for personalized products

Hi there,

I have some personalized products which would be nice with a badge written “custom”. Can I add it? Or simply change the “Sold out” badge to “Custom” badge?

@Debbie19 - if you don’t mind using an app, there’s Product Labels & Badges that can do that. Personally would not use an app for this basic requirement and add a little custom code myself. Since that’s dependent o your specific requirements, I’d need to know more before getting into the nitty gritty of that approach.

it’s not difficult to add a badge. But don’t know why the code doesn’t work.

Since that’s dependent on your specific requirements, I’d need to know more before getting into the nitty gritty of that approach.

You can follow this video tutorial https://youtu.be/xGVtvlJT8Y4?si=bphndAZeAoiJTU7a to add a custom label like new. In this case just remove the day condition from the code and the code will work fine for you.
