Dawn theme "add to cart" not displaying correctly

The “add to cart” button on the product page exists but is completely blacked out, along with the banner that shows up at the top of the page to navigate to the cart. I am using the dawn theme

Add this CSS at the bottom

Online Store ->Theme ->Edit code

Assets ->base.css

.button--full-width {
    background-color: #fff !important;
    color: #000 !important;
}
