Dawn theme add to cart same as product page

Hi,

I am looking to add “add to cart” button on collections/all and featured products section. The button should NOT take me to the cart, but only open the popup in the upper right corner - just like for products page. I tried the link below, but to no avail. It works, but takes me to cart page every time. https://community.shopify.com/post/1320717.

that will require a lot of development work or app. you will have to get a hold of a Shopify partner
