Dawn Theme banner image not fitting screen

Hello,

My Dawn theme banner image is not fitting/scaling to fit the desktop screen. I have to scroll down to see how the whole image looks like. I don’t want to crop the image. I want to scale it to fit the screen without the need of cropping the image.

This is How it currently looks:
