'Dawn' Theme Change Footer Background Colour

Hello Shopifiy community. I have searched on the forums but cannot find the exact solution I require so here I am asking for some guidance.

I am building a store using DAWN theme and whilst I have found how to customize overall theme colours, I am wanting to add a custom colour to the footer section, beyond the background colour in the wrapper.

I would like the footer to be different colour to the page (#409D69)

If anyone can guide me on where to look and how to do this I would be eternally grateful.

you theme allow option change color if don’t able let me know

I have tried to change that colour in the theme settings but I cannot seem to do it could you give me step by step instructions on how to do please
