Dawn Theme - Change Header Icons Position on Mobile App

Hi,

I’m using Dawn them and on desktop layout the header icons (cart, search, etc) are in a row under the logo and so it ensures that the logo is centered:

But on the mobile layout, the logo is not centered, due to the icons on the right side of the logo.

Is it possible to reduce the icons size on the mobile app and center the logo? It should look more like this:
