Can I add quick links such as terms and conditions, policy at the bottom of the footer?
If that is possible, can I add the links on the left, and align the copyright text on the right?

Adding urls is possible easily. You can add them through navigation section and then connect the menu in your footer through theme editor but for aligning copyright text, you will have to do so by making small changes in code which will be hard for you to do yourself. I can help you with it if it is important for you.

I can not add the links at the very bottom (the payment icon section) through the theme editor, so I suppose it also needs to be done in coding.
