On my main page I have a bunch of featured collections that buyers can scroll through to see my different products. But it only allows up to 25 products:
My worry is that the buyer is only going to think I have 25 products in that collection and won’t realize to click the header link to see the entire collection.
Is there a way to make it show more than 25 products? And if so, is there also a way to make the products load only when the users begins scrolling through those products? Just so my home page doesn’t have to load my entire collection catalog and make the website slow.

You can change this number I point in image below to max 50 in Online Store > Themes > Edit code > featured-collection.liquid

It does not have this function on Dawn theme, you may need to install app or other themes to get function

This is a cliched trap new merchants fall into, you want customers to be able to find what they are looking for.
Don’t give customers a big pile to dig through.
@namestolen is a big group of things really “featured”.
Your also not just diluting the value of the concept your also decreasing the themes performance by loading more media and code into the users browser.
Avoid compounding issues.
