In the FREE Dawn theme product gallery on the product page, videos are muted by default. How to make them 30% volume by default?

This is not a theme customization that Shopify can support. It is also something we do not recommend or advise.
A large part of good User Experience online is having control over what you see/hear/experience. Subjecting your visitors to audio they did not click “play” on or opt into is considered bad UX design, and may impact your brand’s success.
If you are adamant that you want autoplay, you may need to check in with a Shopify Expert - that is, a third-party developer who can help implement the custom change you’re looking to achieve.
What is it that you’re selling? And why do you think that audio will enhance your ability to sell it?
I need to Unmute product video in Product page. My customers are new to e-commerce - They won’t know the unmute button - So the video must Play Once they click and Video must be unmuted as default. I’m using Crave Theme. Can you help me?
I also am having a similar issue. I want people to play a video, and hear the sound only after it is played. This seems like a no brainer. A customer shouldn’t have to mess with controls if they choose to play a video, and would assume that the video would have sound. I also have the Dawn theme. Can you please tell us how to unmute the video if the play button is clicked?
