Dawn Theme: I need to add a text box behind the Collection List titles

Hello, I’m currently working on my Shopify website and need help adding a solid rectangular box behind my Collection List titles. I’ve already used a code to move the Collection List titles up from under the image, but now I’d like for there to be a solid box behind the text.
