Debut Theme - Add 2nd lot of text to announcement bar

Hi there,

Is there a way to add a 2nd lot of text to the announcement bar or does this require a 3rd party application?

Hi @LuxuryJewellery ,

Both matter you want implement are possible.

So the first you can check in setting customize of theme have the part support show the search box instead show the icon.

On Announcement bar, you can add the text at here through setting text field of theme. if the theme not support we can make it with code.

thank you for your reply.

I have tried changing the text but it only seems to let you have one sentence, not two seperate texts.

do you have an idea of how to code this in and also have the text hyperlinked?

Hi @LuxuryJewellery ,

If that, you can find the file handle for that part, and then make the change from Text type to Html type.

So you can add the link and make the text two row follow you want.

I have had a read through the docs manual but it isn’t clear if it is possible to add text in the middle of the announcement bar and on the far right?
