Debut theme - add hyperlink to images on Text Columns With Images

Hello

I want to add URL hyperlinks on the images that I have used in the Text Columns With Images but I don’t seem to have an option to do this. It only allows me to add a button underneath the image but want to add a link for users to click on the images which takes them to a specific page.
