Debut theme and Klaviyo embedded signup form

I have had an embedded landing page working between Klaviyo and Shopify working in the past, but it no longer works. I have tried to create a new page in Shopify and a new embedded form in Klaviyo and copied the HTML from the embedded form to the new Shopify page, but it is still not working. I checked my connection between Klaviyo and Shopify and it says it is all setup correctly. Can you help me with this? I am using Debut theme.

Rio here from the Shopify Team. Which page are you adding this embeddable form on?

If you’re using Debut with Online Store 2.0, you can add the theme without pasting the HTML. Klayvio covers the steps in their guide for doing this for Vintage themes and Online 2.0 themes.

  1. Online Store > Themes
  2. Click Customize
  3. Click Add Section and scroll to find Klaviyo Embedded Form under Apps
  4. Add it to the section of the theme you’d like.

That will allow you to add apps to certain sections of your theme.
