Debut theme > Product page > Swap positions of Buy button & product description

Hi All,

I am using Debut theme and I want to make the following change on product page. Is there a chance to move the but button+quantity below product desctiption. Product description itself to go on the current position of buy button. I am attaching a preview screenshot.

You can do this in product.liquid section, Just replace HTML with each other.
