Decreased traffic and not much interaction from emails

Hi

i have seen quite a decrease in traffic to my website, I use shopify emails for advertising too but I’m unsure as to my I’m only getting maybe 2-8 visits a day

many thanks for your reply, I have been increasing my emails and ensuring they contain the information they require without it being too formal

the items I sell don’t tend to have season trends too much so unsure on where I would start there

which tools can I use to help track and see my SEO results
