I understand that you may have experienced theft, which is incredibly stressful - so I empathize completely.
However, I haven’t fully understood what has happened and would like a little more information from you please in order to help you as best as I can! Are you a store owner using Shopify? Or did you buy something from a store that you believe is using the Shopify platform?
