So I bought a product through tik tok shop this transaction was carried out through the shopify app. The item was ordered 3-4 weeks ago and the app says delivered but the item has not been delivered.
if I try to create a ticket through shopify it required the URL of the website of the supplier to send the report to shopify, the suppliers website is now not active. Trying to speak to someone from shopify is painful/impossible, hopefully writing this something may get done as multiple people are being scammed with the same board game on Tik tok
It would help if you complained on TikTok because this store is created using Shopify, but you purchased item on TikTok shop.
