I would like to have different pictures for different markets…
For example:
Picture 1 with Slovenian wording for SLovenian market
Picture 2 with Czech wording for CZ market
How can I make changes in Shopify so pictures change automatically once language is changed?
I am trying via Translate & Adapt app but I have issues as I do not see pictures in my original language (it shows only icon) and I don’t know which picture to “translate” / change.

for the free shopify translate and adapt app some media should be localizable, but not product media.
If you need to localize product media or other unsupported content either try a more premium app/service or advanced theme customizations.

as i said, you can just use EZ Product Image Translate it’s completely compatible with Translate & Adapt and works very well !

You can use the app EZ Product Image Translate to change the product image for each language you want.
