From our US based store we offer USPS International First Class service to the EU, Asia and Oceana. The rates (discounted?) are calculated by Shopify. We recently had an Australian customer pay the calculated rate. When we processed the order the postage was $8US more. We absorbed the cost and this has happened several times. How do we fix this issue?
