Display 4 Text Columns With Images In One Row Adapted To Screen Width - Startup Theme

I’m having trouble getting 4 columns to fit on one row for my text columns with images section. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Its on the home page where you see the three little images where you see the pipe and cloud. I’m trying to get an additional one to show on that same row. Now, if I add one, it moves it below
