In order to display the first image of your product instead of the first variant, your theme’s code needs to be changed. Currently, it is being set up like so:
show the image of the first/selected variant (big size)
show the other images below the big image
What needs to change is the first part. It needs to change into:
show the first image of the product (big size)
show the other images below the big image
After doing this, everytime you visit the product page, the image that will be placed on big container will be the featured image, which I assume is the one with the baby. Do note that I simplified the demonstration of what the code is doing, the code will look more gibberish than that.
