I want to add a bar below the navigation menu on district theme in a similar way to how the top bar and promotions/announcements bar works but as a static feature of the site.
e,g a clickable bar that shows links to free delivery | trust pilot reviews | gift wrapping
Is there a way to do this easily? At present im using the announcement and top bar tab which looks very cluttered! https://wigwamtoys.co.uk/

This would be an advanced theme customization kinda duplicating one of the existing and updating variables and including it near the navigations code.
However if your going to do this you should disable the sticky header as that is escalating an already bad user experience where the view area for the actual product content(outlined in green) on the site is less than half of all the other UI noise.
