You’ll want to find a local tax expert to answer that. Soliciting free advice on things like taxes or law on the internet can be dangerous, if the advice is even a little wrong then you’re the only one who gets in trouble. Find someone local to you who knows the tax laws of your state pertaining to ecommerce, tell them the scope of your business, let them tell you how you can fulfill your tax obligations.
Hi there, @CreativeKairos !
Thank you for your post. As @casey-customs mentioned, it is best to contact a tax specialist in your area with these questions. I’m unable to provide tax advice myself, but I have some helpful links I wanted to share with you:
Again, as mentioned, if you’re unsure about your store’s tax liability you will need to contact a tax specialist in your area. You also have the option to hire a Shopify expert that specializes in US sales tax! Shopify experts are highly-skilled designers, developers, and consultants who specialize in building successful brands, businesses, and Shopify stores. Each expert is reviewed before joining the marketplace, so you know you can trust them to get the job done.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions.
