Instagram has a 5% fee per sale. I just linked my Shopify account to my Instagram, and I’m not sure if Shopify will still charge their 2.9% + 30¢ fee for each transaction on top of this.
I am referring to when direct checkout on Instagram is enabled, and customers are able to checkout on Instagram without leaving the app. However the entire product catalog is linked from my Shopify, and getting pulled from there the way I understand it.
