Quick gut-check: when you plan to roll out a new product lineup, do you test with a tiny order first or go big from the start?
Cash can be eaten alive by dead stock, but momentum dies when you’re always “out of stock.” What’s your experience and what works best for your business?
Go big or go home We heavily invested in R&D and constant prototyping at each stage. We won’t be releasing anything if we aren’t at least 97.8% sure of the outcomes and edge cases. This way, we’re able to avoid headaches and manage to address other issues that may arise.
I usually start small with a limited stock to test the waters. It helps minimize risk, and I can gauge customer interest before committing to a larger order. Plus, it gives me the chance to tweak the product or marketing if needed. Once I see a good response, I go bigger with the rest of the stock!!!
