Cash can be eaten alive by dead stock, but momentum dies when you’re always “out of stock.” What’s your experience and what works best for your business?

Go big or go home :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: We heavily invested in R&D and constant prototyping at each stage. We won’t be releasing anything if we aren’t at least 97.8% sure of the outcomes and edge cases. This way, we’re able to avoid headaches and manage to address other issues that may arise.

what do you do when your advertising budget it low? are there free or low budget platforms to advertise or other ways to drive traffic to your shop?

I usually start small with a limited stock to test the waters. It helps minimize risk, and I can gauge customer interest before committing to a larger order. Plus, it gives me the chance to tweak the product or marketing if needed. Once I see a good response, I go bigger with the rest of the stock!!!
