Fantastic question. I would say this entirely depends on the niche you’re in and the customers you sell to. For example, a phone accessories brand likely wouldn’t benefit much from a community aspect. But, a fitness product-related brand can do great with a community page. Folks can speak with each other and share the progress of their workouts, etc.
