Does anyone from Shopify Monitor these forums and offer help?

As stated in the subject line.. does anyone from Shopify monitor the questions and issues that come up in this forum and actively engage? Here is an example of an active, 8-month-old thread that could really use some input from Shopify but they have not engaged:
