I have a person that contact me on Instagram saying he work for Shopify for a number the name is
Miguell Raymond does anyone know this person. Is web designer or marketer for Shopify?

Shopify would never contact you about your account through Instagram. If there is ever something Shopify needs to speak with you about, you would be alerted in your Shopify admin or an email would be sent to the shop’s account owner. For this reason, we won’t have any information on the person that contacted you.
That being said, are you looking for help with designing or marketing your online store? If so, we do have ways for you to get in touch with experts to help you. At the moment you would want to speak with a Shopify expert for help through the Experts Marketplace here.
