However, it is supposed to be https://www.sghomestyle.com , don’t know why this happen. Can anyone advise?

Thank you for getting in touch. The text and numbers you see after your domain are viewable and unique to you only, and will be automatically displayed by your browser when accessing sites in certain ways. You do not need to worry about this and it can be disregarded. Your customers will still just see www.sghomestyle.com in their address bar when they visit your site.
