Hello. So I’m trying to transfer my Shopify store’s domain to hostinger. When I input my authorization code Shopify gave me it says that the code is invalid. I’ve made sure there are no typos or anything. I’ve also tried other domain hosting websites but to no avail, the code is still invalid for some reason. I talked to Shopify support on live chat and they escalated my issue to the technical team, which we all know takes forever to get back to you. This is an urgent matter and I need to transfer it ASAP. Can anyone help me fix this or give me work arounds to transfer my domain? Thank you.
Your Shopify domain transfer code shows as invalid because Shopify domains are managed through OpenSRS (Tucows). Log in at https://manage.opensrs.net, request the EPP code directly, and use that for Hostinger. If still urgent, point your domain’s DNS from Shopify to Hostinger instead of transferring.
