Dot points not working on prestige product page

Hi there,

Just wondering why the dot points don’t work on the product page on my prestige theme?

Instead I have to use

The text also doesn’t align a lot of the time in this theme and to fix this I have to write paragraphs again, save, refresh, incognito window, over and over until it fixes itself.

Any ideas for trouble shooting would be really helpful.

Bulleted list points come built into the rich text editor as as default option for themes to use, have you clicked on that option to make them appear? To reiterate this can be found under Admin > Products > edit Product > Rich Text Editor box (also where you type your description) as such:

Furthermore, you mentioned you are experiencing issues with formatting that seem to resolve in incognito window or by themselves. This makes me wonder if what you are experiencing is not a theme issue, rather a browser issue. Make sure you try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
  • Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
  • Try from a different network connection

That should give us some more context into what is happening, but if you still have questions make sure to share some screenshots with your follow up reply.
