Draft and archived products still appearing on live site - started around 1 week ago

Hi there,

I’ve just discovered that recently archived or draft products are still listing on the collection pages on our live site. I think this must have been happening for around one week. When you try to click though on the product you get a 404 error or a redirect, so the product is removed from the site but it won’t disappear from the collection page. Also when re arranging products on a collection page it is showing both the original and new placement of a product ( I know there is sometimes a lag here but these are changes made 24 hrs ago).

Is anyone else experiencing this? We haven’t made any changes to the site recently.

In shopify there not possible to show archived product show on the website .

Because when a product is archived, then the product URL is changed.

Could you please check products is not duplicate? or

Maybe you used a third-party app to show archived products.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Having spoken to Shopify Support it appears the issue is to do with a third party app.
