Hi, @thegourmetbox .
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention!
I’ve taken a look at your website (www.thegourmetbox.in) and I was able to replicate the issue on my mobile device. While this issue is intermittent and not something that I can replicate on my test store, I noticed that some broken coding appears on your website when the issue is present. Just to confirm, were there any apps or custom coding installed recently that might coincide with when this issue started happening?
Since the issue is likely due to the broken coding, then it’s possible that something wasn’t installed properly. To resolve this, you can review the installation for any of the recently installed apps/custom coding or try rolling back to an older working version of your theme. Do you recognize the xo-scroll2top.liquid and qecollectionslider.liquid files shown in my screenshot?
Hi,
Thanks for taking the time to check, the issue you’re pointing out has been resolved - we were uninstalling recent apps to check if those were the reason the menu wasnt working but it dosent seem to be the case.
When we click on the hamburger menu the main menus show, however once we click on any category, the dropdown doesn’t work. If the page is refreshed, all menu items work properly.
Hi, @thegourmetbox .
Thank you for following up and clarifying!
I’m glad to hear that you were able to resolve the broken coding on the bottom of the page. I’ve also taken another look and while I didn’t run into anymore issues with the drop-down menu, I did notice a slight delay after clicking the categories. Just to confirm, were you able to resolve the issue with the menu?
If you’re still encountering this issue, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to identify and resolve the issue. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
That being said, its awesome to see that you have a live chat option on your store. Since removing the “Powered by Shopify” message from the footer is a fairly common request as it could add to the professionalism of your storefront, would this be something that interests you? Also, do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
