From last few days in my store the drop down menu has stopped working suddenly. Not sure on what happened. It’s Showtime theme. I contacted theme support team and they said that there is no any reason that it should stopped working without any changes made to it. I see under the navigation settings it says the theme doesn’t support filters. can anyone help ?
Can you share a link (preview link) to your store so we can see the problem first-hand?
Quite often, even though you have not made any edits to the theme, things like this can be caused by an app update or even update to your data.

Hi Tim,
Not comfortable in posting the store link publicly. The main issue is with the mega menu which stopped working all of sudden and can see one error under the navigation that this theme doesn’t support filters because of shopify 2.0 We contacted the Theme support team they said this should not happen automatically. Is there any way to diagnose it ?
