Dynamically insert headline based on the query in the URL

Hello there,

I’m exploring the option of dynamically changing the headline of our product pages based on the querry in the URL.

The background is to serve more targetted content to the users coming from different Google Ad keyword groups (e.g. Show a message regarding metabolism for the users who look for metabolism-related KWs, but show a message regarding dieting for the users who search for diets. On the same product page).

This is normally achieved via JS and querry parameter in the URL (e.g. utm_headline:{example}).

My question is:

  1. Is this possible with Shopify?
  2. If yes, is there maybe an easy way to do this? Maybe with an app?
