In this case I think it’s new update from Shopify
@Michael_Pink I contacted Shopify customer support and they don’t know what happened and are still investigating and trying to figure it out. Not only did I get that screen, but pages are showing up in the Customize view but not when you View Your Store from Admin Page.

As shared by, @Michael_Pink , this is in fact an update on behalf of Shopify and affects new pages going forward. The main difference being that the “edit screen” has now become full-screen. In order to see the full list of options previously visible to the left-hand side of the page, you must click the back button in the top-left hand corner.
I would like to emphasize there is no difference in functionality, and all the same buttons are still accessible and present, just through an extra page for clarity and convenience while editing.
