Edit copyright info in footer on Venue Theme

Hey guys, hopefully someone already has an answer to this, as I’ve not found anything specific to this theme, but I’m just trying to change the copyright info on my site’s footer from the current display name to our LLC name and I cannot find any editing field anywhere that makes sense to me, and feel like I’m going crazy digging around.
Does anyone know where this is located on the Venue theme? Because it doesn’t appear to be in the footer block.

You can change your copyright footer from within your theme settings. From your Shopify admin go to online store > themes > edit default theme content:

From there, use the filter search bar to search for ‘footer’ which should bring up a text field for you to make changes as you see fit:

Unfortunately it doesn’t look like footer exists in that settings area? Is there any other suggestion you can offer? Thanks in advance!

@Zartifact7 Under your search bar there are those categories “general, blogs, cart, collections…” try clicking on the one that says “Layout” and look for a heading labeled as Footer or something along those lines.

Negative there, sadly. I’m just gonna presume this theme doesn’t have an easy way to edit the footer info.
