Editing ShopPay "Pay in 4 Interest.." text on product page Ella theme

I have a question regarding the placement of the "pay in 4 Interest.. " text for ShopPay on my Shopify store. I would like to move this text under the “Buy It Now” button and under the product price. Can someone please guide me on how to achieve this? Is it possible to do this through the Shopify theme editor or do I need to modify the code manually?
