Eligible Subscription API for Israel

Hello,

Thanks for this excellent subscription feature.

I want to enable this feature for my Israel-based store.

I Follow https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/purchase-options/subscriptions/setup this document to step my store, still, I am getting the “eligible for subscription” false.

There should be an issue with the payment setup.

It will be great if you can help me set up my store ASAP.

Hi Ruchita,

In order to assist you further, could you provide a couple more information:

  • is your store using one of the 4 supported payment gateways?

  • have you completed the setup of one of the subscription apps available in our marketplace?

  • can you elaborate where you are getting this “eligible for subscription” false? Is it in response to a GraphQL call to our APIs? (if so which one) Or during the setup of the payment gateway or subscription app? (if so which one)

  • finally it would be useful for me to have your store URL to dig deeper
