Email stopped working after transfer of domain to Shopify

Hi, hoping someone can help here.

I had purchased a domain with Wizz Hosting, which I had transferred over to shopify a couple of days ago.

When I purchased the domain I also created two email addresses with it and now those email addresses have stopped working, as in I am no longer receiving emails in those accounts after the transfer of the domain.

I can’t change any settings under domain in shopify and there appears to be no one available on shopify’s live chat.

When you transfer your domain, your DNS records will be reset to Shopify’s default. You will need to contact the hosting company to provide you the email’s MX record. Once you have it, all you have to do is to add it to your DNS record.
