I am looking for some help. I am trying to embed a form before checkout to capture specific detail from our customers. They need to complete this form before checking out. While I have been able to add the form in the right location on some test orders I have still been able to checkout. I’ve only added the form through the app, I haven’t embedded it with code. Can anyone help or have done something similar? The theme I am using is Dawn.

an apps form is not the same as the product form or the cart form, unless apps do not specifically say they do X assume they don’t do X.
if it’s for individual line items use line-item-properties, example for vintage themes.
If it’s for the entire order use cart attributes example for vintage themes
depending on theme also ensure the form does not have the novalidate attribute and any inputs need to be set to required.
