Hello - I’m trying to create a highlights banner like this (black) for our store. I think it’s a feature in Emprie since I see a few differant stores with Empire using it. Do I need to create css code?

I haved checked Empire Theme (trial version).
You can try to customize theme to create a hightlight banner in this.
Please navigate to Online store => Themes => Customize:
Go to Home page => Unity bar => Theme Settings as image below:
However, this is currently a trial version, so I’m not sure if it can be exactly as you’re expecting in the image. The options in the theme settings are default.
You might need a CSS snippet to display more complex elements here.

We have Empire not free theme. Does that matter?
Ya…that’s not it. That’s Utilty Bar which we and this site is alredy using.
Can you help us with code? Cost?
Did you check the available sections on this theme? If the section you want to add is not available on the Impire theme, it will need to be added with custom code.
