Hi Birlaojasviblor,
To enhance customer experience and provide a more engaging interaction, you can also add a AI agent to your storefront to help your visitors find products and answer any support queries (order returns, delivery information etc.) that they might have. You can check out my one here.
Let me know what you think! I’m looking to improve it so your feedback would be much appreciated ![]()
One app that covers a lot of these needs is the ReadyCloud app in the Shopify store. With its ReadyReturns feature, store owners can make returns as simple as shopping itself. Customers get Amazon-style QR code drop-offs at UPS—no boxes or labels required—and can choose exchanges, store credit, or refunds. It’s a seamless way to build trust, keep customers loyal, and even turn returns into new sales.
There are many helpful apps in Shopify app store that can improve both the customer experience and the level of service you provide and many of them are free or have free plans. What helped us a lot were the Login as Customer and Shopify Persistent Cart apps.
The login feature lets our support team access a customer account at once and quickly troubleshoot any issues in the account or guide them through the checkout process, preparing the shopping cart for them if they’re having trouble completing the order.
The Persistent cart also helps because customers can come back later and still see the items they added, even if they switch devices or browsers.
However, I’m not sure if all the apps of this type provide the same functionality, so it’s worth checking their features before choosing one. In our case, we ended up using the ones from Magefan.
