Hello ,

I am trying to purchase shipping labels and I am getting an error stating" You have $1,128.01 of outstanding shipping fees. You need to pay an outstanding bill"

I went to the billing area and I see the outstanding fee - I do not see anywhere to pay it

I contacted Shopify Support and they said they have escalated this - I literally can not complete an order. This is a HUGE issue.
